Manage Petty Cash log weekly, ensuring receipts have been received and processed, checking the reconciliation of the petty cash
Management of existing Client and Supplier Database and upload relevant documents to the Customer/ Supplier account on Xero under files
Follow up with suppliers on Purchase Orders and Invoices
Managing the credit card monthly statements and obtaining the relevant purchase documents for the transactions
Checking expense claims and ensuring that the correct documentation and authorisation is obtained
Liaising with Project Managers and Leadership within the company

Deliver effective administrative support of HR activities including site recruitment, pre-employment checks, induction, preparation of contracts, absence management, discipline and grievance processes, employee engagement, communications, employee relations, and performance management.
Complete accurately all required documents to send to Shared Services during the employees' lifecycle;
Responsible for the maintenance of all personnel files and records, ensuring all data is processed on a timely basis and in accordance with current data protection legislation;
Generate and produce reports around long term absences, working time directives, employee turnover and annual leave;
Conduct exit interviews and provide up-to-date data on labour turnover and stability of the workforce;

The Project SuedLink forms a key part of Germany’s plans to obtain power from wholly renewable sources by 2030 by 2035 and is a new underground cable connection to transport wind power from northern Germany to Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. At 700 kilometres, SuedLink will be the largest transmission cable in the network and the longest underground power cable in the world. Rubicon Archäologie has been appointed, with its partners in Infra Europe JV, to deliver the full range of archaeological fieldwork and post-excavation services for the project across 462km of the route and more than 2000 known sites across southern Germany from Lower Saxony to Bavaria, running from autumn 2023 through to 2028. Grabungstechniker (Technicians) We are looking for individuals to carry out archaeological fieldwork with at least three months of commercial archaeology experience. You will be involved in all activities that arise during an archaeological excavation, its documentation and processing. This includes, for example, addressing and describing features, surveying, drawing, and photography, but also the creation of plans and profiles, as well as the uncovering of features and the management of finds. Depending on the project situation, the work may also include the independent supervision of archaeological topsoil excavations and their documentation (form, photos, diary, etc.). They will also be entrusted with assisting the excavation manager, in particular with the organisation of the excavation, the excavation personnel and the excavation-specific procedures.
