We prepare site-specific health and safety risk assessments and plans for all our projects. All Rubicon staff hold valid Safe Passes and have Manual Handling training.

Maintaining the health and safety of all our workforce and other staff members including agents and consultants (working from our premises or from other locations) and all who visit our premises.
Providing adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities.
Consulting with our employees, staff members and other stakeholders on matters affecting their health and safety.
Providing and maintaining safe equipment.
Ensuring safe handling and use of substances.
Ensuring all staff members are competent to undertake their tasks and provided with adequate training.
Ensuring that work done by or on behalf of our business does not adversely affect the health and safety of any contactors or members of the public.

Having a mechanism in place for the ongoing review of health and safety within the business.
Rubicon Heritage Services Ltd has created and implemented a COVID‐19 Health and Safety Action Plan in order to minimise the spread of COVID‐19, and to make sure all necessary arrangements are in place. We are in regular consultation with our Health and Safety Consultancy, ASM, and will continue to review Government, Health and Client guidance at all necessary intervals. Over the coming days, weeks and possibly months we will be introducing more stringent cleaning regimens, implementing new policies and procedures and generally doing everything possible to ensure the safety, health and welfare of all employees and other person(s) affected by our works.
