Quality & Compliance Director
Carmelita Troy has been with Rubicon Heritage since 2006. During this time, she has been their in-house osteoarchaeologist, and in 2017 also assigned responsibility for overseeing all aspects of Rubicon’s post-excavation services. In 2020, Carmelita was appointed to Quality & Compliance Manager position for Red River Archaeology Group. In this role she has successfully implemented an ISO certified Integrated Management System (IMS) for Quality (ISO 9001:2015), Environmental (ISO 14001:2015), and Health & Safety (ISO 45001:2018) Management for the company. Our Quality & Compliance Team also includes specialist input from both Quality Management (QMS Solutions), and Health & Safety (ASM Group) Consultants. Carmelita’s main duties include maintaining ISO certification, implementing an audit program, training staff in the IMS, assisting the development of company processes and procedures, quality control on documents, facilitating tender quality submissions, and supporting the Human Resources and Procurement Management functions.
