Post-Excavation / Quality & Compliance Manager
Carmelita Troy has been with Rubicon Heritage Services since 2006. During this time, she has been the in-house osteoarchaeologist reporting and consulting on large scale commercial projects in both the UK and Ireland. Since 2017, she has been responsible for overseeing all aspects of Rubicon’s post-excavation services. In this capacity, she manages costs, budgets, specialists, deadlines, and client relationships. Carmelita has recently been appointed to the role of Quality & Compliance Manager. She is responsible for implementing and maintaining an ISO Integrated Management System for Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Management for Red River Archaeology Group. Her main duties include, assisting in the development of company processes and procedures, internal audits, quality control on documents, compiling tender quality submissions, and engaging with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
