Bernie Carney has over 12 years’ experience in the archaeological services sector and has been with Rubicon Heritage Services since 2007. She is currently a member of the Board of Management. Bernie is responsible for all elements of business support within the company including the management of the Administration and HR functions as well as supporting the Finance, Compliance & Legal, Logistics, Operations and Sales Departments. Bernie has managed the HR function for small to very large infrastructure projects with upwards to 420 staff, overseeing compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, and recruitment and selection. Bernie is responsible for the development of HR policies and procedures and for staying current with employment legislation.
