Philip Quilty BA, MRSAI

Philip Quilty graduated from Birkbeck College, University of London in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in Classical, Ancient Mediterranean, Near Eastern Studies and Archaeology. He has been a professional field archaeologist since 2006. Philip joined Rubicon Heritage in February 2022 as an archaeological Site Manager and is based in the Dublin office. He has over 15 years’ experience in commercial archaeology, in both urban and rural archaeological projects. His high-profile clients include Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII), Bord na Móna, and numerous county councils. Philip is particularly interested in prehistoric archaeology and migration pattern theories. He is also an active member of the Royal Society of Antiquaries of Ireland.
