KILMALLOCK TOWN WALL, CO. LIMERICK
Limerick County Council required a record of the upstanding remains of a particular section of Kilmallock in advance of conservation works. The record was to comprise accurate rectified photography elevation drawings, showing all structural details including vegetation and damage. A stone by stone drawing was not required. The fieldwork comprised a Total Station red laser survey (Leica TCR 407, Penmap Software, and Panasonic Toughbook Tablet PC). A standard photo rectification procedure followed.
